Compressed Air Filters
We offer a wide range of filters for Compressed Air application to remove the dust and Oil contamination up to desired level like:
  • Pre Filter (Grade V) - For removal of Particles for 5 Microns and above.
  • Precision Filter (Grade A) - For removal of Particles up to 1 Micron and residual oil content < 0.1 PPM.
  • Micro Fine Filter (Grade B) - For removal of Particles up to 0.1Micron and residual oil content < 0.05 PPM when installed with suitable pre filter.
  • Ultra Fine Filter (Grade C) - For removal of Particles up to 0.01Micron and residual oil content < 0.01 PPM when installed with suitable pre filter.

  • Activated Carbon Filter (Grade D) – For removal of Oil and Hydro carbon Vapors residual oil content < 0.003 PPM.
  • Sterile Filter (Grade S) - Used for removal of Bacteria in compressed air, Filter element of PTFE membrane used with stainless steel housing and element is sterilizable up to 50 cycles.

The smaller size filters are available in Aluminum housings while for larger flows the housings can be Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. The pressure vessels are built to ASME standards.
